Will my employer see my health information?

No. Your intake, visit notes, and prescriptions are protected health information. Employers receive only de-identified, aggregate reporting (e.g., total enrollment counts).

Is medication guaranteed if I sign up?

No. GLP-1 medications are prescription-only. A licensed provider reviews your health history and determines whether treatment is appropriate. If you're not approved, you pay nothing.

How does the 12-month program work?

Your care plan is designed as a 12-month program, with regular check-ins so your clinician can adjust it over time. You're billed monthly. Your price depends on your medication, prescribed dose and program length, and your exact price is confirmed before you're charged.

Do I need insurance?

No. MyRxProvider is cash-pay only. We don't accept or bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. You pay us directly with a debit or credit card, and your price is shown before you're charged. Employers can refer you, but you can join with or without an employer code.

How does cancellation work?

You can cancel through your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your care team will help you taper safely if you're on active treatment.
